Yosephin has more than 28 years of experiences, ranging from merger, acquisition, divestment, initial public offerings, system implementation, share services arrangements, cash pooling management, corporate governance and audit.
She is also an investor and business owner specifically in the property sector, in addition to her social activities focusing to develop young Indonesian talent.
She served for 9 years as Director and CFO of PT Marsh Indonesia and oversaw financial activities of PT Marsh Reinsurance Brokers Indonesia, PT Mercer Indonesia, PT Oliver Wyman Indonesia and PT Quantum Support Services, all under Marsh McLennan’s umbrella. Marsh McLennan is the world’s leading professional services firm in risk, strategy and people and has been named to the 2023 Fortune World Most Admired Companies list.
She was CFO of Risco Energy Pte Ltd in 2011-2015, a private equity firm and arguably was Southeast Asia’s most successful energy investor. Before that she worked at PT Energi Mega Persada Tbk in 2002-2010 to support company’s initial public offering and their various corporate actions, and at Deloitte Indonesia in 1996-2002 as auditor.
She holds bachelor’s degree in accounting from Universitas Katolik Parahyangan and obtained certifications from Association of Chartered Certified Accountants – United Kingdom, the Institute of Certified Management Accountants – Australia, the Institute of Certified Public Accountants – Indonesia and the Association of Indonesian Certified Insurance & Reinsurance Brokers.
