Prawira has more than 30 years of experience as finance professional. He spent most of his career with prominent multinational companies namely, BASF and Nestle, as well as some experience working with local prominent companies.
During his 19 years with BASF, he has been successfully leading some major transformations i.e., migration of functional activities to Asia Pacific shared service center, a few corporate restructurings including mergers/ business integrations, acquisitions, divestments, and as well as business model change. He has been actively leading digital transformation of the business processes. He was steering the SAP implementation in his last position with a local listed company, PT Asia Pacific Fibers, Tbk.
In addition to his full-time role, he serves as vice president of CFO Club Indonesia, and has served as board members of various professional associations including the European Business Chambers of Commerce in Indonesia (EuroCham), Priority Lane Company Association (APJP). Currently, he holds few board committee positions in publicly listed companies.
He holds accounting degree from Parahyangan Catholic University, MBA in Finance and MSMASc from the University of Texas.
