Having served as President Director and HR Director at top companies like PT Garuda Yamato Steel and Gunung Steel Group, he has spearheaded transformational initiatives that have driven organizational growth, corporate governance, and workforce development.

Janice holds an MBA from Peking University Graduate School, a Master’s in Management and Hospital Management from Universitas Pelita Harapan, a Master’s in Agribusiness from Bogor Agricultural University, and a Bachelor’s in Business Education from Jakarta State University.
